Looking for exciting stories that will keep you turning the pages, without running into language and scenes that make you cringe?

Look no further!

In addition to her YA Historical Fantasy novellas, Kristi has released a clean PG-13 collection of the first 3 novels in her Boys of Syracuse, Kansas series. Follow the links to read about these flinch-free fiction offerings.

The Thomas Family Novels

The Thomas Family Novels (formerly the Boys of Syracuse, Kansas) are a series of standalone novels featuring characters connected to the town of Syracuse, Kansas. Most notably a family of cattle ranchers whose ties to the land go back to the 1880s.

Good, old-fashioned cowboys. No anti-heroes, no swearing, and no sex, though there is brief mildly graphic violence. Mainly just intense, suspenseful situations. Call it PG-13.

(We do have PG-17 adult versions of the individual books available for sale & on Kindle Unlimited. Click on covers.)

The Boys of Syracuse, Kansas - Suspense with a Dash of Romance Three Books Collection

(PG-13 Edition)

Books One through Three of the Boys of Syracuse, Kansas series were originally pretty clean: no sex, and only brief graphic violence, but there were those pesky four letter words that stop some discerning readers on a dime.

The Clean Collection has been edited for that offensive content without losing any of the excitement or flavor of the originals. So you can turn the page without hesitation for what you will find. There is still brief violence, a small amount of which may be considered mildly graphic, but nothing is gratuitous.
